How can we help?

A neighbor's hand, a professional's care.

Caring Hands Health Services is a Minnesota-licensed 245D provider supporting adults and youth who live with disabilities, complex health needs, or age-related challenges. We help people stay in the homes and communities they love — with the right amount of support, no more and no less.

Every member of our team is trained on the Minnesota Home Care Bill of Rights, the Vulnerable Adults Act, and our own Fraud and Abuse policy. Privacy, dignity, and consent guide every visit.

What we do

Services designed around the person, not the paperwork.

Skill-building and inclusion supports that connect people to neighbors, faith, work, and joy.

Respite & Relief

They didn't just send a worker — they sent the right person. After eight months, my brother still asks for her by name.
